Required Skills: - Expert knowledge of SQL Server database management system (DBMS) including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques Proficient in Clustering, Replication, Log-shipping, Mirroring and Always On Availability groups Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions like Azure SQL Database Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Responsibilities: - Database Design and Architecture: Analyze business requirements to design efficient and scalable database models on SQL Server platform. Implement database normalization and data partitioning strategies.
