Job Title : -Help desk Analyst
Work Arrangement:  Onsite
Work Location: North Chesterfield, VA
Duration: 6 Months
Exp: 12+

Notes: candidates who have prior State govt exp is huge plus! Ideally

Virginia candidate

 is highly preferred
Job Description:
Help desk experience in an IT environment
A good general knowledge of IT concepts (e.g., networking, PCs, etc.)
Familiarity with common office applications (e.g., MS Office suite)
Excellent communication skills
Power BI skills are a plus
