Job Title: Senior Mainframe Tester (COBOL) Location: NYC or Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: Long-Term Contract Total Exp: 12+ yrs Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in COBOL application testing in a mainframe environment. Proficiency in JCL scripting for batch processing and job execution. Hands-on experience with Changeman for test case management and version control. Expertise in using Expeditor for COBOL debugging and troubleshooting. Experience in ETL testing and data validation in mainframe environments. Solid understanding of defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in NYC or Alpharetta, GA. Nice to Have: Experience with CICS and DB2 is a plus. Familiarity with test automation for mainframe applications is a plus. Knowledge of SQL and database testing in mainframe systems is a plus.
