Submit proposals and recommend changes to budget, scope, and schedule as needed. Develop project scope, cost estimates, resource requirements, work plans, and timelines. Assign work to meet project or program objectives. Assist in writing Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services. Create business plans for internal executive approval. Develop project plans, communication documents, and track milestones and deliverables. Define and manage project dependencies and critical paths. Develop written business requirements and models. Request necessary resources and coordinate personnel acquisition. Manage relationships with subject matter experts and leadership. Oversee project teams consisting of IT, business, and external vendors. Define and communicate project success criteria to all stakeholders. Identify, analyze, and manage project risks. Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates. Develop transition, training, and recognition plans for project teams. Assist in forecasting and planning for Grid Modernization goals through FY2025. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 12+ Overall years of experience with 4-7 years of experience implementing large-scale IT/OT enterprise application projects. 4-7 years of experience in systems integration projects. Experience in project management methodologies, WBS development, and resource coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and WebEx. Experience with change management methodologies. Strong presentation and communication skills at various organizational levels. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience in utility design projects (AutoCAD, distribution design, construction, etc.). 3 years of experience managing remote teams. Familiarity with utility business practices and industry needs. Experience with Software/Firmware Release Management. Experience working with government entities.
