Exp: 10+years Visa`s Acceptable: Any visa works Job Duties: Drive requirements gathering with key business global leads, Mine site process owners, IT leads for all systems that Fieldglass will interact and integrate . Provide precise and Best for purpose design for Newmonts use cases, walk stakeholders through the design and secure sign off Configure Fieldglass to meet signed off requirements Coordinate and facilitate functional and technical discussions to plan and execute project work Work closely with the test coordinator to ensure adequate testing, both technical and functional, are planned and executed during the project. Organize, document and secure sign off for all design documentation including process flow drafting review and sign off in Signavio. Gain alignment from project team members and project leadership on activities, deliverables, time frames, due dates and resources. Ensure that team members know their assigned activities and deliverables and remove any roadblocks to the team members completing those activities. Provide timely updates on assigned task to project manager Work with team members that are behind on tasks to remove road blocks and keep project on track. Escalate issues as necessary for resolution in order to keep project on track Facilitate the planning session for Hyper Care and Transition to Support activities with SMEs and team leads and develop hyper care and transition plan. Manage the execution of the hyper care and transition to support activities. Help OCM and training team in timely developing the artifacts they need for their communication and training delivery. COMPETENCIES Proven experience in implementing at least 2 end to end Fieldglass implementation with S4HANA complex Services and SuccessFactors/Employee central with position management. Mining, Oil/Gas or Asset intensive company implementation is a must. Proven experience managing hybrid methodology (Waterfall + Agile) for multiple parallel workstreams and milestones. Excellent in Stakeholder management. Meticulous attention to detail with respect to documentation for meeting agendas, meeting minutes, action, decisions, issue management, risk management, schedule management, scope management. Ability to communicate technical issues, risks and project health into presentations that are simple and easy to understand MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 10+ years of Fieldglass experience in Fieldglass and ARIBA implementations. Has lead end to end global project implementation for fieldglass with S4HANA and SuccessFactors implementation,. Outstanding written presentation skills Strong verbal communication skills including technical and business focused communication Candidates must be fluent in the English language.
