Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA ERP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ERP project implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP HANA systems and proven experience in managing large-scale ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting project goals, and maintaining client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of SAP HANA ERP projects, from initiation through to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Oversee risk management, resource allocation, and issue resolution. Ensure project quality and adherence to SAP best practices and standards. Communicate project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders. Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Key Requirements: Proven experience in SAP HANA ERP implementations and project management. Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration points. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
