Local to VA with DL || F2F Interview Senior Full Stack Developer with Robot Framework Location: Manassas, VA (Onsite) Duration: 12 months (Contract) Interview Procedure: In-Person Interview Required References: Must provide one reporting manager reference Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Robot Framework to join our dynamic team in Manassas, VA. This is a contract-based position with a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with automation testing using Robot Framework. This is an onsite role, and the candidate must be willing to attend an in-person interview as part of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: o Design, develop, and maintain both the front-end and back-end of web applications. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. o Develop scalable, efficient, and secure web applications and APIs. o Implement responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular). o Develop backend services using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or other relevant technologies. o Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. o Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure the robustness of applications. Automation Testing (Robot Framework): o Implement and maintain automation tests using Robot Framework. o Design and develop automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. o Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure the applications functionality, security, and performance are thoroughly tested. o Continuously improve testing procedures and automation processes. o Troubleshoot issues and provide debugging support for test cases. Collaboration and Agile Development: o Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as part of an Agile development team. o Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products. o Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and help with code reviews. Troubleshooting and Debugging: o Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. o Ensure the optimization of code for performance, scalability, and reliability. o Work on bug fixes and feature enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. Documentation and Reporting: o Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and automation scripts. o Provide regular status updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience: o 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software. o Strong knowledge and experience in both front-end (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.) technologies. o Extensive experience with Robot Framework for test automation. o Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD). o Solid understanding of web services (RESTful APIs) and microservices architectures. o Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). o Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. o Familiarity with CI/CD processes and related tools. o Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Requirements: Must be located or willing to relocate to Manassas, VA for an onsite role. Ability to attend an in-person interview is mandatory. Must provide one reporting manager reference at the time of the interview process.
