This role requires a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can identify, and address process gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies. The Principal Process Manager will utilize methodologies such as SOPs, Lean, and automation to prioritize and enhance process performance. Updates below: This person will be a Process Engineer and not IT Process Manager. They will mostly manage existing documents and processes and find opportunities to improve/automate those processes. Some strategy will be involved in the process improvement side, but mostly execution/tactical. Jira, Confluence and most ideal/plus would be some experience with power apps and SharePoint. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Process Documentation: Develop comprehensive process documentation, including swimlane diagrams, RACI matrices, and SIPOC charts for each process within the ITS organization. Gap Analysis: Focus on identifying and addressing process gaps and overlaps to streamline operations within ITS. Documentation Consolidation: Organize and consolidate process documentation into a meaningful and cohesive documentation flow. Process Improvement: Prioritize processes for improvement using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Lean methodologies, and automation where appropriate. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment of process improvements within ITS. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements within the sourcing and talent team. Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement, leveraging methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, process engineering, or a related role within an ITS organization. Strong understanding of process documentation techniques, including swim-lane diagrams, RACI matrices, and SIPOC charts. Experience with Lean methodologies, Six Sigma certification is a plus. Proven ability to analyze and improve processes using data-driven approaches. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strategic mindset to identify and address process inefficiencies.
