Work Location: Remote Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in SFMC testing, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Hands-on experience with SQL and data validation within SFMC. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and data integration testing. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.). Ability to write and execute test scripts using manual and automated testing approaches. Knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and JavaScript for email validation is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (e.g., Email Specialist, Consultant) is a plus. Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is advantageous. Exposure to automation testing frameworks for SFMC.
