The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in managing cross-operational IT projects, spanning multiple data centers, cloud environments, and across various teams, while maintaining stringent timelines and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Create and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure progress aligns with overall objectives. Raise issues and blockers to leadership immediately for resolution. Technical Leadership: Strong technical understanding of core utility IT systems such as SAP, Middleware, and data center setups. Expertise in active-active and active-passive configurations. Hybrid Cloud Management: In-depth knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and the ability to understand and design both on-prem and cloud architectures. Manage strategic decisions around hardware, infrastructure, and vendor relationships. Vendor Management: Coordinate with multiple vendors such as SAP, IBM, Dynatrace, and others to ensure timely task delivery and equipment validation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors, aligning all stakeholders towards shared goals. Agile & Scrum Practices: Lead agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to ensure efficient project delivery. Risk Management: Identify and proactively address potential risks, maintain RAID logs, and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, especially in hybrid cloud environments. Expertise in active-active and active-passive configurations, disaster recovery, and high-availability systems. Deep technical knowledge of network and computing infrastructure (server builds, patches, F5s, network load balancers, etc.). Strong familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Proven experience in vendor management, particularly with large IT vendors. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming. Exceptional risk management, communication, and collaboration skills.
