Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or HEDA and its data model is a must have. Proficiency in OmniStudio (Vlocity), including Omni Scripts, Flex Cards, and Data Raptors. Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and API integrations. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; OmniStudio Developer and Education Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus. Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and role hierarchy. Experience working with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and declarative automation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders and end users.
