Business Process Analysis & Design: Strong consulting experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and implementing functional configurations. Project Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and work effectively in teams, managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to manage client expectations, build relationships, and deliver high-quality service. Financial Reporting Expertise: Proven experience in financial reporting, including Chart of Accounts redesign and MultiOrg/Multi-Currency functionality. Functional Specification Writing: Ability to write clear and comprehensive functional specifications based on business requirements. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Oracle ERP applications. Essential Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 10 years as an Oracle Functional Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. Oracle Cloud Financials Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including Procurement, Financials, and Reporting. Certifications: CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus. Consulting Skills: Strong consulting and business analytical skills to work directly with clients, perform fit-gap analysis, design business processes, and manage system configurations. Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage project timelines, and meet deliverable deadlines. Business Process Improvements: Expertise in guiding clients through process optimization and business improvements using Oracle Cloud solutions. MultiOrg & Multi-Currency: Experience with complex financial implementations involving MultiOrg and Multi-Currency configurations. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively. Desirable Skills: Industry Experience: Experience working with clients in industries that require complex financial and procurement solutions (e.g., manufacturing, retail, or healthcare). Functional Design & Documentation: Experience in writing functional specifications and documenting system configurations. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its integration with Oracle Cloud Financials. Project Management Experience: Previous experience managing or leading Oracle Cloud ERP projects and teams.
