Guide ServiceNow, partner, and customer teams in designing and implementing solutions that align with long-term platform success. Engage with executive stakeholders, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams to ensure successful implementation. Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and maintain an architectural blueprint that translates business requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard integrated with core applications. Ensure that solutions follow ServiceNows leading practices, reducing technical debt and optimizing platform health. Manage governance models and support the customer in implementing a delivery operating model. Consulting & Customer Engagement: Collaborate with CoEI and business leaders to align ServiceNow capabilities with their digital transformation vision. Lead discussions on roadmap planning, technical feasibility, and implementation strategy. Assist in scoping, estimating, and structuring engagements and change orders for ServiceNow projects. Provide ongoing technical leadership and advisory support for multiple customer engagements. Governance & Best Practices: Define and enforce technical governance standards to ensure platform stability and maintainability. Drive adherence to ServiceNow best practices while optimizing workflows across multiple domains. Support the organization in managing technical debt, maintaining instance health, and improving system performance. Contribute to the ServiceNow knowledge base, sharing best practices across teams and engagements. Core Skills & Qualifications: 8+ Years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent consulting role. Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and aligned workflows. Enterprise Architecture experience, including cloud application technologies. Expertise in designing and managing large-scale ServiceNow programs. Ability to define and implement governance models and technical best practices. Experience in managing platform integrations with enterprise applications. Industry domain expertise with an understanding of how ServiceNow fits within digital transformation initiatives. Required Certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Minimum requirements to qualify for CTA Program, including: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Two (2) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (One must be in SPM) Nice-to-Have: Experience in cloud application architecture and digital transformation projects. Experience leading large ServiceNow implementations across multiple workflows. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and DevOps frameworks. Process & Behavioral Skills: Strong ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution. Excellent stakeholder management and consulting expertise. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Strong presentation and communication skills with executive stakeholders. Willingness and ability to travel as required.
