Be the primary IT onsite point of contact working with external service providers3. Attend governance meetings to review and communicate issues, concerns, and site-specific challenges4. Work with third-party tenants to complete new onboarding templates and submit them to the network provider5. Submit tickets to network provider for the following and track/confirm completion with customer: add/change/delete third-party tenant access, local network issues, password resets, port issues, remote access, and printing issues6. Help resolve advanced troubleshooting related to any breach, virus, cabling, ports, circuits and work with third-party tenant, network provider, cabling vendor, and/or property management for resolution7. Support server administration tasks for two (2) print servers and one RedHat Linux server, which is expected to be comprised of the following:8. Server log review and health management9.
