Solution Design & Development: Design and develop data models, data flows, journey configurations, offer configurations, segment creation, and related jobs on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Peer Review: Review deliverables from the team to ensure quality and accuracy. Testing & Rollout: Work with operational teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production roll-out, ensuring smooth execution and addressing bugs. Bug Fixing: Troubleshoot and resolve issues during UAT and SIT by debugging and fixing errors efficiently. Learning and Retention: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn complex materials and apply knowledge in the project. Unit Testing & Documentation: Ensure thorough unit testing and documentation before releasing to the test environment. Production Support: Provide support during the production roll-out and resolve any issues that arise quickly to ensure seamless deployment. Error Replication & Versioning: Reproduce errors in development and test environments, assist in versioning, and support in debugging and troubleshooting. Training & Guidance: As a senior developer, provide training, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members when needed. Foster a collaborative team environment. Key Competencies: Digital Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and associated Adobe Technology. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work with cross-functional teams such as developers, data engineers, project managers, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills, including debugging and error resolution during various testing phases. Technical Leadership: Demonstrate senior-level expertise in guiding and mentoring team members. Essential Skills & Experience: Experience: 8+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Technical Expertise: Expertise in building data models, schemas, and data flows within AEP. Experience with mapping classes, field groups, identities, and attributes in AEP. Knowledge in integrating CDP with data lakes, Salesforce, and marketing orchestration systems. Experience working with AEP APIs and SDKs to stream data from application connectors. Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real-time Customer Profile, Segmentation Service, and Data Science Workspace. Hands-on experience with AEPs key modules: RTCDP, CJA, and AJO. Project Delivery: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and technical specifications to build solutions that align with business goals. Testing & Debugging: Expertise in performing unit tests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth transition from development to production. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work across teams to ensure smooth solution delivery, ensuring the architecture is aligned with Adobe Experience Cloud offerings. Work Experience: Experience working in both on-off models and multi-vendor environments with a focus on team collaboration and adaptability. Desirable Skills: Other CDPs & Adobe Products: Knowledge of other CDPs and Adobe Products such as ACM, Adobe Analytics, and Marketo. Domain Knowledge: Experience in the insurance domain is a plus.
