Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards Experience in metallic and Composites structural analysis Experience in Load, stress calculations and preparing technical reports Experience in Finite Element Analysis tools (Nastran, Patran) Experience in static, fatigue, and damage tolerance calculations Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards Experienced in PATRAN, NASTRAN, FEMAP Experience in MRB and SRM Experience in CATIA V5, Enovia Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Detailed Job Description: Perform Static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis for Aircraft structures using classical hand calculation. Applicant should be familiar with Boeing Static and Book 1,2 and 3 Fatigue Analysis Methodologies Applicant should be familiar with and have prior experience with the following Boeing Stress Tools, including IAS, XSA/SA+, FEADMS, IDTAS, Moss-Duberg, and FAMOSS Understanding of load paths, extraction of loads from Finite Element Models. Applicant should be familiar with Damage Tolerance Analysis and CFR25.571 Determination of critical failure modes and performing analysis to ensure structural integrity. Analysis of aircraft primary/secondary metallic structures. Read and interpret engineering drawings. Coordinate with cross functional groups including Design, Materials & Process Engineering. Participate in review meetings with Customer and SMEs. Generate Engineering Stress Report which establishes compliance and safety.
