Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain Azure-based data platforms. Drive adoption of Azure Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. Define platform governance and collaborate with enterprise architecture. Implement security strategies, monitoring frameworks, and automation using CI/CD tools. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in Azure Cloud data platforms and architecture. Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI. Proven ability in complex data solution design and team leadership. Nice-to-Have Skills: Snowflake and Databricks certifications. Experience with Apache Airflow, CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps). Top Certification: Microsoft Azure Platform Architecture Certification. *Required Required Experience: 10+ years in Data & Analytics architecture, focusing on Azure. 5+ years leading cloud platform teams. Hands-on with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, ADF, Power BI, and Big Data. Strong skills in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and performance optimization. Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and T-SQL. Knowledge of data security standards (GDPR, PCI), RBAC, and encryption.
