Escalation Point for IT Analyst I: Troubleshoot complex technical, security, and AV-related issues, providing advanced support and mentoring for IT Analyst I team members. AV System Optimization: Optimize enterprise-wide AV systems, ensuring the reliability and high availability of video conferencing, digital signage, and collaboration platforms. Endpoint Security Management: Assist with patch management, compliance enforcement, and device hardening using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central. System Integration Support: Support IT system integrations, ensuring compatibility between platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications. IT Service Management (ITSM): Automate IT service workflows, improving processes in ServiceNow, and enhancing ticket resolution times and IT service efficiency. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring IT issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend/implement long-term solutions to improve system performance. Training & Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to IT Analyst I staff, improving troubleshooting, system administration, and IT process knowledge. IT Asset Management: Support IT asset management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management of IT hardware and software. Policy Development: Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines (SOPs) in alignment with IT governance and security frameworks. Collaboration with Vendors: Collaborate with vendors and IT leadership to evaluate, procure, and implement new tools and technologies that support business objectives. Change Management: Support IT change management initiatives, ensuring smooth deployment of software updates, system migrations, and infrastructure improvements. IT Project Support: Participate in IT project management activities, including system rollouts, security initiatives, and IT infrastructure enhancements. System Monitoring & Improvement: Proactively monitor IT systems to identify opportunities for improving system reliability and reducing downtime. Compliance Reporting: Manage IT compliance reporting, ensuring alignment with industry security frameworks and risk management best practices. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Assist with disaster recovery (DR) planning and business continuity efforts, ensuring systems remain operational in case of failures. Feedback & Support: Provide feedback and support for new or ongoing IT projects. Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including Panasonics IT policies. Essential Skills: IT Support & Troubleshooting: Strong background in providing IT support and resolving complex technical issues, with a focus on security and AV systems. AV Systems Optimization: Experience optimizing enterprise AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, and collaboration platforms. Endpoint Security Management: Knowledge of endpoint security policies, patch management, compliance enforcement, and device hardening tools (e.g., ManageEngine Endpoint Central). ITSM & Automation: Familiarity with IT service management tools (preferably ServiceNow), and the ability to automate IT workflows to enhance service delivery. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Proficiency in identifying the root cause of recurring issues and implementing effective solutions. Enterprise System Integration: Experience supporting integrations between multiple platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications. IT Asset Management: Experience with IT asset management, including hardware/software procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management. Policy & Procedure Documentation: Ability to develop and document IT policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure effective governance and security. Change Management: Experience supporting change management initiatives, including software updates and system migrations. IT Project Management: Ability to assist with IT project management, supporting system rollouts, security, and infrastructure initiatives. System Monitoring & Improvement: Strong skills in proactively monitoring IT systems and identifying opportunities for optimization. Desirable Skills: Collaboration & Vendor Management: Experience collaborating with vendors and IT leadership to evaluate and procure IT solutions that align with business needs. Security & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry security frameworks and IT compliance standards.
