About the Role:Join a major SAP S/4 HANA transformation focused on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). This initiative will modernize SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, impacting business processes across all operations. As an SAP Functional Consultant, youll play a key role in ensuring system stability, supporting business needs, and collaborating with technical teams and an external implementation partner. What Youll Do: SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Lead functional configuration, design, and system documentation Business & Technical Collaboration Work closely with operations and tech teams to align SAP solutions with business needs Production & Delivery Support Ensure system stability and troubleshoot issues post-implementation Process Optimization Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, blueprinting, testing, and documentation What You Bring: 5-7 years of SAP experience (including at least 1 full SAP implementation) Hands-on SAP functional configuration & design experience (S/4 HANA preferred) Expertise in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Strong experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, blueprinting, and testing Bachelors degree required Nice to Have: Experience in Utilities, Energy, or Oil & Gas industries Familiarity with SAP Asset Manager, Field Service Management, GIS integrations S/4 HANA EAM Certification preferred.
