(client take care of the expenses ) Job Description: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Bilingual Quality Management (QM) Consultant who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management systems and processes, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in diverse environments. This role requires travel to Mexico City and Minnesota to provide consulting services and support. Responsibilities: Provide expert consultation in quality management practices, processes, and systems. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies. Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both English and Spanish-speaking environments. Deliver training and workshops to enhance team performance and knowledge in quality management. Travel to client locations in Mexico City and Minnesota as required. Develop reports and documentation in both English and Spanish for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Proven experience in Quality Management (QM) consulting or a related field. Strong understanding of quality management systems, processes, and standards. Ability to travel to Mexico City and Minnesota. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
