Implement and maintain Endpoint Security solutions to protect devices and data. Utilize Microsoft Purview and its tools to ensure data governance and compliance. Deploy and manage Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions to monitor and control cloud applications. Design and implement Zero Trust architecture to enhance security posture. Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts within the M365 environment. Collaborate with other IT and security teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage. Work with data loss prevention controls and monitor systems for data movement. Participate in incident response teams to help analyze, contain, and coordinate elements of security incidents. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and best practices in M365. | Competencies: | Cyber Security - IAM Professional Services | Experience (Years): | 6-8 | Essential Skills: | Proven experience as an M365 Tenant Admin with a focus on security controls. Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft Purview, CASB, and Zero Trust architecture. Experience with M365 GCC is highly preferred. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar, are a plus. Experience with SPLUNK or other SIEM tools and data correlation. Knowledge of command-line interfaces or scripting tools in cloud environments is a plus. | Desirable Skills: | Proven experience as an M365 Tenant Admin with a focus on security controls.
