Responsibilities Maintain and enhance systems using ETL tools. Organize user requirements gathered during interviews and translate them into system specifications. Document system requirements in design documents. Develop programs based on the design documents. Create and execute test plans for modified programs. Skills Must-Have: Extensive experience implementing large-scale data warehouses/data marts using the Datastage ETL tool. Functional experience utilizing data models as the primary reference for designing and developing Datastage load processes for data warehouses/data marts. Strong understanding of relational and dimensional database concepts. Hands-on experience in all phases of a full project lifecycle, including design. Proficiency in developing both server and parallel jobs on Unix platforms with relational databases (e.g., Oracle or SQL Server) as source and target data environments. Expertise in data warehouse concepts and proven experience in implementing data warehouses. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and document requirements clearly for both business and technical stakeholders.
