Please find the below JD and share your interest, Role :: Payments Solution Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Summary: The Solution Architect & Integration/delivery Lead will oversee the real-time Payment API ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise digital channels, including web portals, mobile apps, chatbots, IVR systems, and agent portals. This role will design a scalable API architecture supporting multiple payment providers (Speedpay, PayPal) with a single API set, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. Additionally, this position will collaborate with SAP BRIM order-to-bill and bill-to-cash teams for payment integrations, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise portal design using Angular, Spring Boot, and Apigee API Gateway. This individual will also serve as a Scrum Master and Project Manager, managing team workflows via Confluence & SharePoint while enforcing industry-standard CI/CD best practices. Off-hours availability is required for critical production support. Key Responsibilities: Real-Time Payment API Management: Oversee API integrations across digital channels ensuring 99.99% uptime. Solution Architecture & API Standardization: Design scalable RESTful APIs, enforce OpenAPI specifications, and implement Zero Trust Security Model. Enterprise & Wholesale Portal Delivery: Lead Angular-based enterprise portal development, ensuring UX best practices and security. Scrum Master & Agile Project Management: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprints, and track implementation progress. CI/CD & GitHub Management: Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, manage GitHub repositories, and enforce DevOps best practices. SAP BRIM & Payment Integration: Partner with SAP BRIM team for real-time billing and payment processing, ensuring PCI-DSS compliance. Security & Compliance: Implement authentication policies, data encryption, and regulatory adherence for APIs and Enterprise Portal Cloud & DevOps Infrastructure (P GKE): Manage multi-environment deployments and real-time monitoring via Splunk. Monitoring & Debugging: Utilize Splunk for log analysis and troubleshoot API issues with Postman testing. Project Management & Documentation: Organize workflows in Confluence & SharePoint for structured documentation. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with business teams, IT, and external vendors (Speedpay, PayPal, D&B, TransUnion, CSG, etc.). Availability & Off-Hours Support: Provide critical production support to ensure business continuity. Required Qualifications & Skills: Technical Expertise: Spring Boot, Apigee, CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab), P GKE, Postman API Testing, Angular Security & Compliance: Zero Trust Security, OAuth2, MFA, RBAC, PCI-DSS, GDPR. Project & Stakeholder Management: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP (preferred), Confluence, SharePoint, cross-functional team leadership. Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management. Experience: 12+ years in IT Integration and API design and development Management; 5+ years in Solution Architecture; 3+ years as Scrum Master or Project Manager, 2+ Integration with Payment Systems. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, SAP BRIM Certification (preferred), P/Kubernetes Certification (a plus), Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP (a plus).
