AEM Developer (with Workflow Expertise) Location: Irvine, CA Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with expertise in AEM Workflow development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining AEM-based solutions, with a focus on creating, customizing, and optimizing AEM Workflows to improve content management processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AEM Workflows to streamline content authoring, approval, and publishing processes. Design, develop, and deploy AEM components, templates, and services. Customize and extend AEM Workflows using Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs. Integrate AEM with third-party applications, RESTful APIs, and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM and workflow automation. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and other stakeholders to enhance digital experiences. Optimize AEM performance, scalability, and security. Stay up to date with AEM best practices, new features, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in AEM development, including AEM Workflows. Strong knowledge of AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms. Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR repository. Hands-on experience with AEM Workflow models, DAM workflows, and custom workflow steps. Experience with Apache Sling, Sightly (HTL), and OSGi Services. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Maven. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for integrations. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of Agile development methodologies. Nice-to-Have: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Familiarity with Front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Certification in Adobe Experience Manager.
