From: John Richardson, Themesoft INC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description: Job title: .Net / Mainframe Service Manager (L2/L3) with Fiserv DNA / FIS Systematic/ Community Banking experience Location: Troy, MI - Onsite L2 support Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and minimum 1+ years of experience in Fiserv DNA Associate has to be strong in one of the skillset Mainframe or .Net Experience and knowledge in Banking domain Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking (Preferred : FIS products) Knowledge in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic troubleshooting by referring logs) L3 support Experience and knowledge in Fiserv DNA product. Production Support Experience L3 - in handling incidents passed from L2 team, with SLA adherence Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking is preferred.
