INTAKE NOTES/ABOUT THE ROLE: Day-to-day/The Project: o Their role involves system architecture, workflow automation, compliance, integrations, and reporting to ensure smooth HR and payroll operations. o They will help create dashboard customers are requesting. o Enable self-service portals for employees and managers to track recruitment and payroll details. o Custom Reporting o Trouble shoot ticketing issues around payroll or help build reports that require coding. Troubleshoot payroll errors and discrepancies using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows. TOP REQUIRED SKILLS: o Must have Senior level experience of Oracle Cloud System Development: Expertise in Recruitment and Payroll modules focuses on designing, integrating, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM), particularly the Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) and Payroll functionalities. Experience with utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula for seamless payroll and recruitment process automation. Deep understanding of developing custom solutions using PaaS services in OCI using ATP, APEX, PL/SQL, etc. Will need to develop solutions from scratch with APEX, ATS, SQL. Must KNOW Oracle cloud HCM and ERP. Needs to be able to do custom builds in HCM Know about integration with web services and APIs - Strong in experience in API ETL Development. ETL Tools: Familiarity with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and tools. OTBI In-depth knowledge and experience SQL, PL/SQL, J-Query, HTML, and java Script JQuery (typically comes with SQL) Should have strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components & capabilities including all major OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns Soft Skills: o Decent communications skill, but this is not customer facing, technical abilities and the initiate to be proactive and tackle a project is the priority.
