Job: Full Stack React JS Developer Location : Boston, MA (onsite Hybrid - 2-3 days office) Duration: Long Term Contract Need 10+ Years of Experience & Passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack React JS Technical SME to lead the design, development, and implementation of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React JS, Node JS, and full-stack development, as well as excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of web applications using React JS, Node JS, and other relevant technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality software solutions Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and engineers Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and collaborate with other teams to resolve dependencies Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for adoption and implementation Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Requirements : 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on React JS and Node JS Strong expertise in React JS, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux Experience with Node JS, Express, and RESTful APIs Strong understanding of front-end build tools, such as Webpack and Babel Experience with back-end technologies, such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL Strong understanding of software design patterns, including MVC and Microservices Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure Experience with containerization, using Docker and Kubernetes Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest and Enzyme Experience with CI/CD pipelines, using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD Experience with security best practices, including authentication and authorization Thanks & Regards Sharath Reesu | Source Mantra, Inc.
