This hybrid model requires at least 2-3 days in the office each week, with the remaining days spent working from home. Description of Services: Our client is seeking an experienced ArcGIS Systems Analyst with strong expertise in ArcGIS to support business process reengineering and application development. This role involves analyzing and improving business systems, defining requirements, and ensuring ArcGIS tools and resources are effectively managed, maintained, and upgraded. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud resource management, tool upgrades, server upgrades, user and access configuration, performance tuning, and general tool administration. The worker will collaborate with technical teams and business users to develop system enhancements, deploy solutions, and analyze and report public health information. This position requires working independently in a hybrid environment and applying Agile methodologies. Candidate Skills and Qualifications: Years Required / Preferred Experience 8 Required Business analysis and application development using industry-standard tools and practices 8 Required Deep understanding and knowledge of ArcGIS, including analysis and development work in an agile environment 5 Required Experience with ArcGIS administration, including server upgrades, cloud resource management, and performance tuning 5 Required Ability to analyze and improve business systems for efficiency.
