Position: Database Architect Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Need Locals to TX Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: 10+ years of experience in database architecture, modelling, and administration. Successfully led 3+ large-scale database projects, covering the key responsibilities outlined above. Extensive experience with 3NF normalization (dozens of projects) and dimensional modelling (2+ projects). Hands-on experience with operational databases like Aurora PostgreSQL and analytical databases like Snowflake. Proven track record of working with large engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of relational databases, cloud-based databases, and data modelling concepts. Familiarity with ETL development and data integration processes. Experience working with modelling tools like Erwin Experience working with database monitoring tools like Datadog. Experience with SaaS platforms like Guidewire platform is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
