The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JDE system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and performance of the ERP system. Administer and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12, ensuring system availability, stability, and performance. Perform JDE application and tools upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting as needed. Manage JDE security, user access, and role-based permissions. Monitor system performance, conduct tuning, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with business and IT teams to enhance and optimize JDE functionality. Provide support for JDE CNC (Configurable Network Computing) administration, including deployment and server configurations. Oversee integrations between JDE and other enterprise applications. Ensure compliance with best practices for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Extensive experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 8.12 system administration. Strong knowledge of JD Edwards CNC administration, web servers, and database management. Experience with JDE Security, user management, and role-based access control. Hands-on experience with JDE upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and system integrations. Familiarity with Windows and Linux/Unix environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.x versions is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-hosted JDE environments. Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and virtualization.
