Duration: 6-12 Months JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced ClickMobile to FSM Integration Specialist with expertise in IBM Maximo to lead the transition from ClickMobile to a new Field Service Management (FSM) solution. This role involves configuring, integrating, and optimizing FSM tools within an enterprise asset management (EAM) environment, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced service efficiency. <> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</> Migration & Implementation: Lead the transition from ClickMobile to a new FSM solution within an IBM Maximo environment. Develop and execute migration strategies, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process. Integration & Configuration: Configure and integrate the new FSM solution with IBM Maximo, ensuring smooth data flow between work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management. Implement API integrations, web services, and middleware solutions to facilitate real-time communication between Maximo and FSM. Customize FSM workflows to align with business requirements and field service operations. System Optimization & Support: Optimize FSM functionalities to enhance field workforce efficiency, scheduling, and dispatching. Troubleshoot integration issues, working closely with IT teams, vendors, and business users. Provide training and support to field technicians and dispatch teams on the new FSM solution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts, operations teams, and IT stakeholders to define functional requirements and ensure alignment with business processes. Coordinate with IBM Maximo administrators, FSM vendors, and support teams to ensure a stable and effective deployment. <> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</> Experience: 5+ years of experience in IBM Maximo and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. Hands-on experience with ClickMobile and transitioning to other FSM solutions. Strong understanding of work order management, scheduling, dispatching, and mobility solutions in an FSM environment. Technical Skills: Expertise in Maximo configurations, automation scripts, workflows, and integrations. Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with middleware platforms like IBM WebSphere, MuleSoft, or similar. Knowledge of mobile workforce applications and GIS integration is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to train and support field technicians and business users. <> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</> Experience with ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce Field Service, or other leading FSM solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based FSM solutions (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud). IBM Maximo certifications or relevant FSM-related certifications.
