Job Title: SAP Sucess Factors Consultant
Job Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Job Duration: Contract

Job Description:
1. Sucess Factors certifications in EC Time Off
2. Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
3. Designing and Implementing of end to end employee lifecycle processes, workflows and business rules.
4. Understanding of Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
5. Experience in working with Integration for Employee Central. Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module 2. Knowledge in intelligent Services 3. Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state requirements.

Experience (Years): 6-8

Keywords:
1 Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
2 Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
3 Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
4 Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
