Hybrid 2 days on site at the State of Michigan. Will need proof of the location . Responsibilities: Develop and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Apex solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and OAuth authentication. Implement custom workflows, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and UI enhancements. Optimize performance and security in Salesforce applications. Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements and align with business goals. Support CI/CD deployment processes using SFDX and Azure DevOps. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce. Strong expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Object DML operations. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and modern DevOps practices. Nice to have: Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
