The role involves designing, deploying, and managing Intune solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our client. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding the organization in implementing secure, scalable, and efficient endpoint management solutions across diverse environments. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design and Deployment: Design and implement Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) configurations, policies, and integrations to support enterprise mobility and device management strategies. Lead migration projects from legacy solutions to Intune. Endpoint Management: Configure and manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through Intune. Develop and enforce compliance policies, application deployments, and conditional access configurations. Security & Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to align Intune solutions with organizational compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Configure device encryption, endpoint security, and other security features. Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the escalation point for complex Intune-related technical issues. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT teams. Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive documentation for Intune configurations, policies, and best practices. Generate usage and compliance reports to support business objectives. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or endpoint management. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Active Directory. Technical Skills: Expertise in configuring Intune policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. Strong knowledge of Azure AD, conditional access, and Microsoft security features. Proficiency in Power for scripting and automation. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hybrid environments integrating on-premises infrastructure and Intune. Familiarity with other MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF, VMware Workspace ONE). Knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and co-management scenarios. Understanding of Zero Trust security principles. .
