Job Title: RSA Archer Developer Location: Plano, TX Experience: 6-8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled RSA Archer Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution design, customization, and deployment of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing RSA Archer applications while integrating with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: RSA Archer Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain RSA Archer solutions including data feeds, mail merge, DDE, workflows, notifications, calculations, schedules, reports, sub-forms, multi-level applications, and questionnaires. Configure, customize, and deploy GRC solutions such as analytical tools, dashboards, and reports to improve operational efficiency. Implement workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual overhead. Integration & Maintenance: Ensure smooth integration of Archer GRC with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with Archer Vendor Support to stay updated on product enhancements and version upgrades. Perform system upgrades and maintenance as required. Compliance & Risk Management: Implement solutions for risk and compliance reporting, control assessments, and governance (e.g., roll-up and aggregation techniques). Work with regulatory frameworks like NIST, SOX, ISO, GDPR, and other compliance standards. Provide expertise in information security at an enterprise scale. Agile & Documentation: Apply Agile development methodology for efficient project execution. Create detailed design documents, use cases, training materials, and user guides (PowerPoint, Word). Required Skills & Competencies: RSA Archer expertise with 5+ years of experience in solution design and development. Strong understanding of Archer modules, use cases, and core applications. Knowledge of IT engineering principles and computer science fundamentals. Experience in risk assessment, control frameworks, and compliance reporting. Proficiency in developing workflows, automating notifications, and optimizing business processes. Strong documentation skills for technical and user-based content. Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX, ISO, GDPR). Preferred Skills (Desirable): Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). Prior experience working in a large multinational enterprise environment.
