Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) with strong functional knowledge and experience in the Sales Compensation domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing sales compensation plans, processes, and systems to drive business performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on sales compensation, commissions, or incentive compensation management. Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of sales compensation models, incentive structures, and commission calculations. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with sales compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, CallidusCloud, or Anaplan. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI). Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex business challenges. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Title: Finance BSA Location: Remote Duration : 6-9 Months Contract Note: Please share candidate with revshare, Incentive Compensation, Accounting, or Financial Operations, Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to oversee Partner Compensation within the Accounting & Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end partner payout processes, ensuring accurate calculations, compliance with financial policies, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 5+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Accounting, or Financial Operations, revshare preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and compensation tools (Xactly, Varicent, or CallidusCloud). Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with large data sets and financial reconciliations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in managing partner compensation models in subscription or channel-based businesses. Knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and SOX compliance.
