Looking for someone who has a good experience with Merger & Acquisition Focus will be finding a Workday expert who can run point for the implementation. This will be a hybrid role, requiring someone to come onsite in Waltham 2x per week. This project will go through the end of 2025, but always a chance to go longer. Position Summary Our client is looking for a smart, talented, and resourceful Senior Global HRIS Workday Analyst to join our People team. We are currently embarking on implementing a new, best-in-class, Global HCM platform. The position will lead workstreams responsible for planning, designing, and testing the new system. Additionally, the role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify business requirements and recommend effective solutions to meet business needs. After the initial implementation, the Senior Analyst will drive continuous process improvements leveraging their HRIS expertise to help us build out an optimized HR tech stack to meet our clients current and future growth needs. Position Responsibilities Drive the Phase I implementation of a Global HCM platform. Critical path for 2025 being HCM Core, Applicant Tracking, US Payroll, US Benefits Administration and various integrations with internal and external systems Ownership of the People Teams technology roadmap. Evaluate systems needs and business requirements to make recommendations on improvements as well as priorities Oversee data quality, ensuring clean data is loaded into the new system and that workflows and process are in place to maintain data quality globally going forward Lead the assembly HR analytics/reporting requests providing analysis to deliver impactful insight to the business. Participate in enterprise company projects representing the HR Ops team: M&A, standing up new offices/locations as well as programs and initiatives In partnership with People team CoEs, optimize HR processes and build scalable, automated workflows leveraging HR technology and tools Ensure proper end user training is provided to power users and pertinent stakeholders for new and upgraded technology Manage vendor relationships ensuring proper support and information is being provided so new projects, as well as existing systems/processes are efficacious Maintain and build system back ends. Tables, workflows, security, etc. Ensure proper testing and auditing is done both for specific projects and overall systems data on an ongoing basis Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and standard operating procedures for HRIS functions. Act as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing ongoing support and guidance to users.
