As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust web applications. Your primary responsibility will be to work on both the front-end and back-end of the application, ensuring the software is efficient, reliable, and scalable. Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications. Develop both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) components. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless and engaging user interfaces. Build and maintain RESTful APIs. Testing & Automation (Robot Framework): Use Robot Framework to create automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality and defect-free applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automated test scripts to improve coverage and effectiveness. Collaboration and Agile Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Engage in the full software development lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React.js or Angular (Front-End). Expertise in Node.js, Java, or Python for Back-End Development. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Experience with Robot Framework for test automation, including creating, maintaining, and executing test cases. Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development. 3+ years of experience using Robot Framework for test automation. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while also working independently when required. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Additional Requirements: Must be able to work onsite in Manassas, VA. Must provide one reporting manager reference for verification.
