Please find the details below: Position Details: Title: UX Researcher Location: Remote (CST) Duration: 6 months Experience: 5 to 6 years Must-Have Skills: Moderate user interviews and synthesize findings Design surveys and synthesize data into readouts Proficiency with UserZoom, Mural, and Qualtrics Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in the healthcare industry Job Summary/Responsibilities: Documentation Creation: Develop research strategy proposals Create discussion guides and scripts Prepare candidate screeners Generate stakeholder readouts Presentation: Present research findings to research leadership and team Present research findings to cross-functional, multi-department stakeholders Communication: Keep client stakeholders informed about all communications with recruiting agencies or any other third-party vendors Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field 5 to 6 years of experience in user research for digital applications and platforms Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Strong cross-functional collaboration, written and verbal communication skills Open-minded, inclusive, and transparent approach Excellent time-management and organizational skills If you're interested, please send your updated resume.
