This role will be responsible for analyzing business processes, optimizing system functionality, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) within the Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Management domains. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to ensure efficient and scalable solutions that meet operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert for the JD Edwards Distribution Module (Sales Order Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing, and Transportation Management). Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design JDE solutions to optimize distribution processes. Support system configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements and new functionalities within JDE E1. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and end-users to ensure smooth business operations. Develop functional specifications for custom reports, integrations, and system modifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, manufacturing, and supply chain, to align JDE distribution processes with broader business objectives. Provide end-user training and create documentation for best practices and process improvements within JD Edwards. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) with a focus on Distribution and Supply Chain modules. Strong expertise in Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing within JD Edwards. Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and functional analysis of JD Edwards E1. Solid understanding of business processes related to distribution, warehousing, and logistics. Knowledge of EDI, integrations, and third-party logistics (3PL) interfaces within JD Edwards is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, business users, and leadership. Experience with JDE upgrades, implementations, or migrations is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: JD Edwards E1 9.2 experience preferred. Understanding of JDE data structures, tables, and reporting tools. Experience with BI Publisher, Orchestrator, or other JDE reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
