Title: Lead AI Developer UI Strategy Location: Onsite || Richmond, VA (Candidates must be local and have a Virginia drivers license with a current address)|| Candidates will need to be onsite in Richmond quarterly Required Skills: ReactJS: 5 years of experience Agentic AI (AI Models, ML, Deep Learning): 2 years Building high-performance solutions with large datasets: 5 years HTML5/CSS3: 5 years Deck.gl integration: 1 year BI widgets and GIS visualizations (Azure Maps): 3 years Qualifications: Experience in AI initiatives and leading teams of AI Scientists and Engineers. Expertise in ReactJS, Angular, and integrating with technologies like deck.gl and Azure Maps. Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure ML, and more. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and version control systems (Git). Experience with large datasets, front-end build tools, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead UI development teams to support AI model deployment. Design and implement UI strategies aligning with organizational goals. Develop and optimize UI components using React.js and Angular. Integrate AI agents and autonomous systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data engineers) to deliver new features. Develop reusable components and optimize performance. Troubleshoot issues and maintain code quality.
