The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive interfaces, developing custom applications, and improving workflows to enhance user adoption and productivity. Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design & Development: Design and develop user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive interfaces within ServiceNow. Customize the ServiceNow UI using Service Portal, AngularJS, and other front-end technologies. Enhance user workflows, ensuring ease of use and accessibility. Implement UX best practices, wireframes, and prototypes to improve user interaction. ServiceNow Development & Customization: Develop and configure Scoped Applications within ServiceNow. Customize forms, lists, dashboards, and widgets to align with business requirements. Implement custom UI scripts and stylesheets for a seamless user experience. Integrate third-party applications with ServiceNow UI components. ITSM & Workflow Enhancements: Improve ITSM processes by optimizing UI components for Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Work closely with stakeholders to enhance UI design, ensuring optimal user engagement and satisfaction. Develop and implement UI/UX solutions that improve ITSM and Scoped App functionalities. Testing & Performance Optimization: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve UI/UX. Optimize front-end performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability. Debug and resolve UI-related issues to enhance system reliability.
