Implement and optimize containerization strategies using Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes operators. Develop and maintain Spring Boot microservices, ensuring seamless deployment in Kubernetes. Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD. Ensure Kubernetes security best practices, including RBAC and network policies. Optimize Kubernetes performance, scaling, and cost efficiency. Implement monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in backend development and cloud-native applications. Strong expertise in Kubernetes & containerization (deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting). Proficiency in Java & Spring Boot, with experience in microservices development. Experience with API development, integration, and security. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
