Its hybrid position for the location Newark, NJ. I have attached JD below. Title- Business Intelligence Developer #P1 Location- Hybrid setup at Newark, NJ Duration- 12 months Visa -US Citizen, Green Card Holder, Green Card EAD, TN Visa, H1-B Interview- There will only be 1 virtual interview and 1 in-person interview at NJ Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards in Power BI. Automate workflows using Power Automate to optimize business processes. Develop and deploy solutions using Python for Power Platform API, statistical analysis, and data science tasks. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Create and manage Tableau reports and dashboards. Administer and maintain Tableau environments, ensuring performance optimization, user access control, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power BI and Tableau solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional experience in Power BI development. Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation. Strong experience in Python, specifically for working with the Power Platform API, statistical analysis, and data science applications. Expert-level SQL skills, with a strong understanding of database design, optimization, and complex queries. Extensive experience in Tableau development including creating reports, dashboards, and performing data visualizations. Strong experience in Tableau administration, including configuration, user management, and performance tuning. Analytical mindset and ability to handle large datasets to drive business insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the financial or life insurance industries. Familiarity with data governance and security best practices. Experience with additional data platforms and business intelligence tools is a plus.
