Perform a statistically relevant random sample analysis (~400 incidents/month) from IT Service Desk records. Conduct weekly calibration sessions with frontline Quality Analysts from the IT Service Desk supplier. Facilitate the quality dispute resolution process within the IT Service Desk team. Enter quality scores into ServiceNow or designated system of record accurately and timely. Offer insights based on quality observations regarding bottlenecks or inefficient processes.
