Hi, We have an exciting opportunity for a .NET / Mainframe Service Manager (L2/L3) with Fiserv DNA or FIS Systematic experience. Please find the details below: Position Details: Title: .NET / Mainframe Service Manager (L2/L3) Location: Onsite Troy, MI (5151 Corporate Dr.) Duration: Long-term contract Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Fiserv DNA and production support Must-Have Skills: .NET or Mainframe Production support experience Service management Minimum 1+ years of experience in Fiserv DNA Retail banking experience Experience with COTS product vendors for banking (preferred: FIS products) Nice-to-Have Skills: Knowledge of FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, and EPP products Experience in Java or other programming languages Troubleshooting experience with logs and technical support Job Summary/Responsibilities: L2 Support: Provide production support for .NET or Mainframe applications. Manage incidents, problem requests (PR), and service requests (SR) with adherence to SLAs. Troubleshoot basic issues using logs and system references. Work with COTS product vendors for banking to resolve issues. L3 Support: Handle complex technical issues passed from the L2 team. Develop, test, deploy, and release application changes. Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues. Develop and implement patches, scripts, or updates to fix technical problems. Collaborate with L1 and L2 support teams to improve system performance and stability. Ensure compliance with SLAs and service management protocols. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in Fiserv DNA. Strong understanding of retail banking and financial applications. Proficient in .NET or Mainframe development. Experience working with COTS products like FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, and EPP products. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
