Job Title : IT Technical Project Manager Location : Cypress Waters, Tx Job Responsibilities: Technical Project Manager role will be responsible for managing processes to deliver technology projects that typically span multiple products. The PM will lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with the development team, the PM will also be communicating with business stakeholders across enterpise to work towards the best possible outcome. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage scrum teams and Coach the development team on the agile development process and Scrum framework Define project scope and schedule, organize and lead project status and working meetings, provide status reporting and manage risks and issues. Effectively communicate with business and engineering team and clearly articulate problem statements and solutions. Be able to work with external vendors and manage cross team, cross functional roadmaps and dependencies. Hold weekly status meeting and communicate status and issues to team members and stakeholders. Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence Hold team accountable for commitments, remove roadblocks, and champion ongoing process improvements for cross functional teams. Skills Required: 8-10+ years, Project Management and Scrum Experience with large scale enterprise applications PMP Certification is a plus Leads Scrum meetings and creates and follows up on meeting minutes/action items. Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Candidate should have 3+ years experience with data lake cloud environment, large-scale data migration and/or enterprise reporting projects. Retail experience is a plus Scaled Agile experience is a plus, including experience with Jira/Rally/TFS. Ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders of the project status updates, roadmaps, timeline updates, risks, and issues. This would include executive status reports and project dashboards. Should be self-driven, proactive (someone that can take an initiative and drive to complete tasks and does not need daily directions) and should act with urgency Must have the ability to take the initiative and ownership towards project management and solution development.
