Max.  Role Type: Contract What Needed for Submission: LinkedIn Local DL Resume (3 pages max, business/customer facing) References Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between technical staff and business owners. Document requirements and formulate test plans with QA and other partner groups prior to requesting business user testing. Coordinate with users to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications. Maintain and update project documentation library. Lead project team in gaining business user acceptance. Review progress and evaluate results for accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills: 4+ years experience working on Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a Consultant or BA. Knowledge of the overall SFMC suite and ability to guide customers to the right solution. Understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds and their integration with SFMC. Experience working closely with stakeholders & decision makers to gather requirements and work with end users. Ability to document technical specifications and design technical solutions from requirements. Knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS & JavaScript. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certificates: Email Specialist; Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Optional). Nice to Have: Experience with Multi-Channel Marketing Automation. Data Analysis & Reporting.
