Hi, We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead React/Node.js Developer to join one of the largest non-profit organizations in the country. Please find the details below: Position Details: Title: Lead Developer React/Node.js Location: Remote (Dallas, TX HQ) Duration: 18-month contract to hire Experience: Minimum 10 years Must-Have Skills: 10+ years of experience in web development (HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON, XML, REST services) 5+ years of experience with frameworks such as React or NestJS 5+ years of experience with cloud providers (Azure Web Apps, Functions, Microservices, Storage, Networking) 2+ years of lead experience 2+ years of experience in relational database development and SQL Nice-to-Have Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and best practices Experience with DevOps and project management tools (VSTS, ADO) Experience with service management and operations Strong communication skills with a customer service mindset Experience with security and identity management solutions Ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence Job Summary/Responsibilities: Serve as the technical lead for a key fundraising platform. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal teams. Measure, validate, and optimize the environment for performance and scalability. Design, develop, deploy, and support new features to meet customer needs. Collaborate with business and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Work with senior management to reduce operational costs and complexity while improving scalability and performance. Document and communicate technical solutions to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in web development. Proven experience in React, Node.js, and NestJS. Strong understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
