Please find the details below: Position Details: Title: Oracle DBA Location: Onsite Conshohocken, PA Duration: Long-term contract Experience: Minimum 8+ years Must-Have Skills: Oracle RAC 12c/19c, Patching & Installation Exadata, Performance Tuning, Oracle Security RMAN, DataGuard, scripting, OEM Job Summary/Responsibilities: Provide DBA operational support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise. Ensure Oracle databases are well-tuned using Oracle Performance Tuning tools and strong analytical skills. Engage with technical architecture requirements within Oracle solutions. Work with Enterprise Architecture and Infosec teams to meet company and industry standards. Maintain infrastructure knowledge across compute, network, storage, security, and HA/DR. Manage Oracle appliances such as Exadata and ZFS/ZDLRA. Perform hands-on work in Proof-of-Concept projects to demonstrate proposed solution capabilities. Create architecture diagrams, high-level and low-level designs, and document overall solutions. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve Oracle-related issues. Ensure software consistency across the Oracle landscape. Participate in the IT Change Management process and validate Oracle-related changes. Stay updated on industry trends and provide input on new projects impacting Oracle databases. Interface directly with Oracle for product support and questions. Define solutions by identifying requirements and writing functional specifications. Participate in on-call rotation and perform weekend maintenance as assigned. Advise on options, risks, and impact on business processes and system priorities. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration. Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Exadata, Performance Tuning, and Oracle Security. Experience with RMAN, DataGuard, scripting, and OEM. Strong infrastructure knowledge in compute, network, storage, security, and HA/DR. Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
